Except, it’s not staged.

I saw these monogrammed tissue box covers at Pottery Barn, probably last year sometime, and something about them just made me happy..This is my own version, made for Kennedy’s room.

It’s a little different, and a little less perfect (of course), but it’s still the same basic idea..It started out as a plain wood tissue box cover from Dollarama that I was just going to paint white to cover up all those ugly bright boxes you get with your tissues. Then Kennedy saw it and wanted to paint it all kinds of crazy colors herself, so I let her.

Hey, it kept her busy for 20 minutes!Sometimes that’s worth it!.

About 6 months later, I thought it was safe to move forward with my plan, so I painted it white.

The paint looks pretty chunky now from the extra layers, but that’s OK. Let’s see….We even had some areas where the electrical outlets were totally different even within the same room!.

Some of the most common electrical hazards in most homes are things like:.-Loose outlet connections.

-Improper and unsafe wiring.-Ungrounded electrical outlets.
