Kennedy helped me decide on the placement of the stars by holding them up while I stood back.Then, when I thought I knew which option I had decided on, she told me that I was wrong and insisted that I put them up her way.(That exercise bike really needs to be moved out of here soon.).

So there you have it!Exactly when I was looking for and I didn’t have to spend a dime.

It’s amazing what you can find in your own house when you just look at things a little differently.The Haven Conference is in Atlanta over the next few days and I’m going to be there!.

I’ll be learning tons about blogging and DIY as well as hanging out with some of my very favorite bloggers!The thing you really need to know is that no matter how much planning you do, you’ll always have to get a little creative and you’ll always run into some kind of challenge, BUT you’ll also always love the final product so much more than you thought you would!

The extra storage and functionality that built-ins bring to our home really do make my life better on a daily basis.So if you’re thinking of taking on the challenge of adding some built-ins to your home, I say go for it!Let’s step back in time together to three and a half years ago when we moved in.
